Common questions

  1. Which websites can I use it on? Almost any — search our catalogue or paste the site's address. Government services and banks are the exception: we don't serve them, full stop.
  2. How long do details receive messages? An inbox receives for 7 days, a number for 24 hours — so resent and follow-up codes still reach you. Your dashboard always shows whether a detail is still receiving.
  3. What about attachments? We deliver text only. Pictures, PDFs, and MMS are never stored or forwarded — by design.
  4. What if no code arrives? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
  5. Who can sign up? Anyone 18+, with a real (non-disposable) email address. One account per person.
